The samples for ELISA analysis were cell-free culture supernatants and protein lysate. Both the cell-free culture supernatant samples and the protein lysate samples of hBMCs and hGFs were obtained from three different donors and analyzed twice. The cell-free culture supernatant samples of hMO were obtained from one donor. The LPS without samples were analyzed twice and the LPS with samples were analyzed four times. The protein lysate samples were not prepared from hMO.
