Homeostatic proliferation of transferred T cells after MP administration. C57Bl/6 mice were immunized with peptide and treated with 100 mg/kg MP, 100 mg/kg Dex, or PBS as a control on days −1, 0, and 1. One day after the last treatment, 1 × 107 purified CFSE-labeled T cells from RFP expressing mice were adoptively transferred, and ten days later, spleens and lymph nodes were analyzed by flow cytometry.
