†Glucose intolerance: impaired fasting glucose (fasting plasma glucose ≥100 and <126 mg/dL), impaired glucose tolerance test (2 hr glucose ≥140 and <200 mg/dL) or the presence of diabetes mellitus (fasting plasma glucose ≥126 mg/dL and/or 2 hr glucose ≥200 mg/dL). ‡4 women had combined IFG and IGT and 2 women had combined IFG and 2 hr glucose ≥200 mg/dL. |
