Time-course changes in the secretion of osteogenesis-related proteins after different days of osteogenic induction culture of rat bone marrow stromal cells (rBMSCs) treated with 10⁻⁵ M 7-methoxycoumarin or osthole or neither (control). Protein levels in conditioned medium were determined by ELISA assays for collagen-I (a), BMP-2 (b), osteocalcin (c), and OPN (d).
