Time-course changes in the secretion of osteogenesis-related proteins after different days of osteogenic induction culture of rat calverial osteoblasts (ROB) treated with 10⁻⁵ M 7-methoxycoumarin or osthole or neither (control). Protein levels in conditioned medium were determined by ELISA assays for collagen-I (a), BMP-2 (b), osteocalcin (c), and OPN (d). The results were represented by three experiments and shown as the mean ± SD of triplicate wells. ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01 versus control; ^#𝑃<0.05, ^##𝑃<0.01 versus 7-methoxycoumarin.
