mRNA transcripts and protein content of both AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 in OB samples. RT-PCR analysis shows the presence of the mRNA transcripts corresponding to AdipoR1 (170 bp) and AdipoR2 (104 bp) in OB tissue. Skeletal muscle and liver were used as positive controls for AdipoR1 and AdipoR2, respectively (a).
