Effects of NaHS on high glucose-induced upregulation of ADAM17 expression and sFlt-1 production in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with HG DMEM containing increasing concentration of NaHS for 24 h. (a and b) The effects of NaHS on high glucose-induced upregulation of ADAM17 expression. The protein expression of ADAM17 in 3T3-L1 adipocytes was determined by Western blotting. Representative protein bands were presented on the top of the corresponding histogram. (c) The effects of NaHS on high glucose-induced upregulation of sFlt-1 production in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
