78 parathyroid glands were examined. 64 showed autofluorescence (sensitivity 82%) and 63 ICG fluorescence (sensitivity 85%). 7 glands were negative both for AF and ICG fluorescence. 4 ICG negative glands showed a darkening of color intraoperatively and we had to assume their devascularization.
