Heterogeneous slopes model results used to evaluate the influence of site and landscape variables on species richness, species diversity (using Shannon-Wiener index values), and the effective number of species (converted from Shannon-Wiener Index values; [26]) for migratory (MS) and resident (YR) birds, in the Florida Keys during March–May 2004 and 2005. Only the final model solutions and respective Akaike information criterion (AIC) values are presented. Model variables are defined in Table 1.
