Mean (SE) performance of simulations with 10 movement resistances associated with open habitats. Performance was defined as the percentage of the 500 simulation for which mean distance was smaller than median of mean distances for the null model of the corresponding year. Performance estimates were obtained after accounting for forest edge, thematic map resolution and map grain size.
