Zymogram analysis of Q Sepharose fractions. Protein samples were resolved by 10% nondenaturing PAGE and visualized by Fe(III) reductase staining. (a) Gel filtration sample 7 was passed through a Q Sepharose column. Four micrograms of proteins from gel filtration fraction 7 (L) and eight micrograms of proteins each from Q Sepharose fractions 6–9 were electrophoresed. (b) Gel filtration fraction 9 was passed through a Q Sepharose column. Eight micrograms of proteins from gel filtration fraction 9 (L) and 15 μg proteins each from Q Sepharose fractions 1–7 were electrophoresed. (c) Gel filtration fraction 12 was passed through a Q Sepharose column. Four micrograms of proteins from gel filtration fraction 12 (L) and 15 μg proteins each from Q Sepharose fractions 2–9 were electrophoresed.
