Cluster analysis for each group of genes was performed using hierarchical clustering with Genesis 1.7.5 with average linkage and Euclidian distance measurements. Rows represent differentially expressed genes, while columns represent different independent treatments (A, B, C, and D represent the germinated seeds treated with 0 (pH 6.0), 0 (pH 4.5), 0.8 (pH 4.5), and 3.2 (pH 4.5) mM AlCl₃ solution for 60 h, resp.; each treatment was repeated three times).
