Overexpression of Chromosome 21 miRNAs May Affect Mitochondrial Function in the Hearts of Down Syndrome Fetuses

<div><i>SLC25A4/ANT1</i> and <i>DICER</i> expression by qRT-PCR. Transfection of let-7c-5p mimic induces a significant decrease of <i>SLC25A4/ANT1</i> and <i>DICER</i> expression in euploid fibroblasts.
