Intrasample variability of microbial taxonomy and functions using Viomega analysis. Three participants (P11, P12, and P13) provided three stool samples each, from three different parts of the stool (1, 2, and 3). Each biological sample was analyzed as three technical replicates (a, b, and c). Following Viomega analysis, unsupervised clustering analysis (Kendall’s correlation) was performed on microbial taxonomy (at the strain level) (a) and biochemical functions at the KEGG level (b).
