Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of the Cytochrome B5 Protein Family in Chinese Cabbage (<i>Brassica rapa</i> L. ssp. <i>Pekinensis</i>)

<div>Expression analysis of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes in different tissues of Chinese cabbage. The surveyed tissues include root (R), stem (S), young leaf (YL), old leaf (OL), flower bud (FB), and immature silique (IS). The analysis was carried out by qRT-PCR. Expression levels of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes were normalized to those of <i>BrACT1</i>, and the 2<sup>-<i>ΔΔ</i>Ct</sup> method was used to calculate the expression levels of target genes in different tissues.</div>
