Expression analysis of the BrCB5 genes under salt stresses. Three-week-old plants were treated with 20% (/) PEG6000 and 200 mM NaCl for 0, 3, and 24 h before the mature leaves were harvested. CK plants were treated with the same quantity water compared with salt. Expression of the BrCB5 genes was normalized to those of BrACT1 and shown relative to the expression of CK at 0 h.
