Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of the Cytochrome B5 Protein Family in Chinese Cabbage (<i>Brassica rapa</i> L. ssp. <i>Pekinensis</i>)

<div>Expression analysis of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes under temperature stresses. Three-week-old plants were treated with 35°C and 4°C for 0, 3, and 24 h before the mature leaves were harvested. CK plants were treated with 22°C. Expression of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes was normalized to those of <i>BrActin</i> and shown relative to the expression of CK at 0 h. The 2<sup>-<i>ΔΔ</i>Ct</sup> method was used to calculate the expression levels of target genes in different tissues. <svg height="6.01072pt" id="M16" style="vertical-align:-0.04980993pt"
