Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of the Cytochrome B5 Protein Family in Chinese Cabbage (<i>Brassica rapa</i> L. ssp. <i>Pekinensis</i>)

<div>Expression analysis of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes under phytohormone treatment. Three-week-old plants were treated with 200 <i>μ</i>M GA3, 100 <i>μ</i>M ABA, and 200 <i>μ</i>M SA for 0, 3, and 24 h before the mature leaves were harvested. Expression of the <i>BrCB5</i> genes was normalized to those of <i>BrACT1</i> and shown relative to the expression of CK at 0 h. The 2<sup>-<i>ΔΔ</i>Ct</sup> method was used to calculate the expression levels of target genes in different tissues. <svg height="6.01072pt" id="M19" style="vertical-align:-0.04980993pt"
