Sild-Met-Leu effects on liver weight, liver triglycerides, and ALT in mice. Mice were fed a low-fat (LF) diet or high-fat atherogenic (HC) diet for 6 weeks and then randomized to the indicated treatment groups for an additional 6 weeks.
