Y-axis shows the serum level of Bilirubin (mg/dl) while X-axis represents the number of mice. (c) Histological examination of liver tissues of PMC group. After treatment with 300 mg/kg paracetamol for two weeks, liver tissues were fixed in 10% formaldehyde, and proceed with H & E staining as described in Section 2.
