Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of inflammatory regulators in blister fluid: (a) MCP-1/CCL2, (b) IL-8/CXCL8, (c) MDC/CCL22, and (d) TGFβ. Blister fluid from individuals was analyzed by ELISA in duplicate, at each of the timepoints.
