++ is the activity of zone of clearance radius of 1.5 cm when it is compared to control.
+ is the activity of zone of clearance radius of 1.0 and ≤0.6 cm when it is compared to control.
The concentration was 1 mg/mL and prepared in DMSO, and the results are compared with solvent activity also, and each well was loaded with 100 μL, that is, 100 μg was loaded.
