Lane M is a 100 bp DNA marker; lane 1 represents an isolate from abattoir N, lanes 2–4 represent isolates from abattoir P, lanes 5–7 represent isolates from abattoir B while lane 8 represents an isolate from abattoir K, lane + represent positive control (TB 9845A), lane MOTT represents a Mycobacteria positive control (TB9801B) and lane-represents the negative control which was distilled water.
