Comparison of the light-intensity dynamics of -DLSS (laser photoionization of DL, (16)) and of -DLSS (28) (capture of nonequilibrium two-photon generated carriers). Separation of the components of different DL absorption bands: (a) and (b) based on the difference of laser photon capture cross-sections , that is, on photoactivity of the centers; (c) and (d) based on the difference of coefficients of carriers capture, that is, on electroactivity of the centers. The sequence of curves 1, 2, and 3 corresponds to the reduction of capture cross-sections for -DLSS, or coefficients of carrier capture ( -DLSS). The sequence of curves 1, 2′, and 3′ reflects the influence of initial population and “vacancies” of the centers, accordingly.
