RCW simulations for inductive grid array shown in Figure 11(c). Here as the substrate, assumed to be ZnSe, is varied from 1.75 to 2.5 μm. The resonant absorption wavelength shifts to longer wavelengths; however, the magnitude of the absorption remains near perfect.
