XRD spectra for the CTSO films deposited under condition 1 with different deposition time (5 min and 30 min). A broad peak near 2θ = 43° observed for the 30 min deposition sample (the circle in the figure) can be attributed to the CTSO film, and all other peaks are due to ITO.
