Effects of laser irradiation at 5 mW for 5 min on erythrocyte section area (a) and elongation index (b) with and without 0.2 μmol/L HgCl₂: (1) dehydrated erythrocytes in the hypertonic solution, (2) the dehydrated erythrocytes were irradiated with laser irradiation at 5 mW for 5 min, (3) the dehydrated erythrocytes were treated with HgCl₂, and (4) the dehydrated erythrocytes were treated with HgCl₂, then irradiated with laser irradiation at 5 mW for 5 min.
