UV-Irradiated Photocatalytic Degradation of Nitrobenzene by Titania Binding on Quartz Tube

The initial concentration dependence of reaction rates for the photodegradation of nitrobenzene by TiO2 as time changes. The processes were operated with 0.2 g TiO2 and various concentrations of nitrobenzene at pH 7 and 30°C with the air feeding of 150 mL min−1 for 3 h. Inset shows the effect of the initial concentrations on the half-life of NB.
