Calculated total Fe concentration averaged throughout the Si wafer after the gettering process with different temperatures and times. The initial concentration of the total iron atoms was assumed to be 1 × 1015 atoms/cm3. The total Fe concentration decreased more rapidly with gettering time for higher temperature.
