<div>XRD pattern and indices of the GaN nanowires grown on Si substrate by Au-catalyzed vapor-liquid-solid reaction. All peaks except those from Si (2<i>θ</i> = 28.6°) and Au (2<i>θ</i> = 38.5°) can be indexed as the wurtzite GaN structure.</div>
