Confirmed food allergy by an allergist and through tests (skin prick test and/or sIgE test). Parents’-reported symptoms. Skin: rash, itching, and urticaria. Respiratory: coughing, sneezing, and difficulty in breathing. Gastrointestinal: abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and diarrhea. Anaphylaxis: anaphylaxis was defined as the rapid development of symptoms after exposure that affected at least two major organs [10].
