SMRT: p65 complex: the SMRT structure was derived from the Chain A of the PDB 2ODD. Homology model of p65 was predicted using the structures of PDB:2IW3 as templates by Geno 3D by Geno 3D [89] and SWISS MODEL [90]. Prediction of the structural complex was performed by ClusPro [91], the complex with least energy is shown.
