The levels NF-𝑘B in hVEC evaluated by ELISA. Cells were seeded at a density of 10⁶/well in a 24-well plates and induced with LPS (10 𝜇g/mL for 6 h) or LPS-induced cells were treated with REHb𝛽P (60.61 𝜇M for 1 h) or scrambled peptide nREHb𝛽P (60.61 𝜇M for 1 h). At the end of treatment, cells were collected and lysates were prepared and analyzed for NF-𝑘B. Level of significance (^∗𝑃<0.05 compared with the LPS-induced group, ^∗∗𝑃<0.05 compared with medium control) were calculated by ANOVA test followed by a Bonferroni analysis.
