Reverse phase chromatography profile of the antimicrobial peptide enriched fraction P5 obtained from the FPLC purification presented in Figure 1. The elution profile was monitored at 280 nm UV-VIS detector. We identified two peaks P1 and P2 obtained from HPLC.
