The Dipeptides Ile-Tyr and Ser-Tyr Exert Distinct Effects on Catecholamine Metabolism in the Mouse Brainstem

<div>Effects of dipeptide ingestion on turnover of DA and NA in the brainstem. DA and NA turnover in the brainstem were evaluated by determining the concentration ratio of (HVA + DOPAC) to DA and that of MHPG to NA, respectively.
