I(S) is the scattering intensity and S the scattering vector given by S = 4πsinθ/λ, where 2θ is the scattering angle and λ= 1.5 Å is the wavelength of X-rays. The model and the expected scattering pattern were calculated using the programs in the ATSAS package (EMBL Hamburg Outstation).
