To summarize, a signal peptide sequence is present in all except OsSERL5, one cysteine pair is present in OsSERL5, OsSERL6, and OsSERL7, five LRRs are present in OsSERK1, OsSERK2, OsSERL2, OsSERL4, OsSERL6, and OsSERL7, trans-membrane domain is present in all, SPP motif is present in only two, OsSERK1 and OsSERK2, and a protein kinase domain is present in all except OsSERL4.
