Correlation of Vernalization Loci VRN-H1 and VRN-H2 and Growth Habit in Barley Germplasm Table 3 Germplasm evaluated for allelic variations of VRN-H1 and VRN-H2 loci along with their primary cultivation area predicted and observed growth habits are presented. C, M, W-S, and W-N represent cold, moderate, warm-south, and warm-north cultivation regions, respectively. W, F, and S represent winter, facultative, and spring growth habit, respectively.
