Tryptic digests of urine glycoproteins were subjected to LC-ESI-MS/MS analysis, and the proteins were identified as described in Section 2. 35 proteins were unique to healthy control subjects while 8 proteins were unique to subjects with CKD. 79 proteins were present in both groups.
