Nanoparticles attenuate the inhibitory effect on the cell viability induced by IL-1β. Cell viability of articular chondrocytes was evaluated using the CCK-8 assay. At least three independent experiments were conducted. (a) OA chondrocytes were treated with various concentrations of APS-loaded nanoparticles (0, 0.5, 5, 10, and 100 mg/L) for 24 h. (b) OA chondrocytes were treated with various concentrations of APS-loaded nanoparticles (0.5, 5, 10, and 100 mg/L) with IL-1β (10 ng/mL) for 24 h. compared with the control group, ^# compared with the IL-1β group.
