Aims and Scope
International Journal of Quality, Statistics, and Reliability is a peer-reviewed open access journal, which aims to contribute to the development and use of engineering principles and statistical methods in the quality and reliability fields. The journal employs paperless, electronic review process to enable a fast and speedy introduction and dissemination of innovative quality, statistics and reliability ideas to a wide-range of fields.
The subject areas covered by the journal include but are not limited to:
- Data collection, modeling and process optimization, monitoring and control for multi-stage systems and manufacturing chains.
- Quality assurance and improvement in supply-chain systems.
- Design of experiment and robust process optimization for multi-scale processes including nano-manufacturing.
- Process monitoring and control with (nonlinear) data streams provided by sensors and sensor networks.
- System reliability improvement and preventive maintenance based on component degradation data collected from sensors.
