Raman Spectroscopy for Quantitative Analysis of Point Defects and Defect Clusters in Irradiated Graphite

<table>Conditions of appearance of TEM diffraction patterns of <i>hs</i> (halo and spot) and <i>h </i>(halo) by 20 keV D<sup>+</sup> and 25 keV He<sup>+</sup> irradiation. The critical conditions of amorphization are indicated by the solid curve. Note that the critical dpa for the D<sup>+</sup> irradiation almost coincides with that for the He<sup>+</sup> irradiation.</table>
