(b) Patients had a higher probability of recurrence free survival if they presented with a single bone metastasis versus multiple bones ( ). Five of the 9 (56%) patients with single bone metastasis at presentation were alive at last followup, compared with 6 of 29 (21%) patients who presented with multiple bone metastasis.
