This 56-year-old man was found to have an uT3N0 rectal adenocarcinoma and managed with preoperative CRT consisting of capecitabine with a seven-field coplanar IMRT plan to a total dose of 4500 cGy followed by a boost to the GTV to a total of 5040 cGy. The 95%, 70%, and 50% isodose curves are displayed along with the PTV.
