A small number of cells expressed hematopoetic (CD45) and endothelial (Ulex) markers. Human MDSC population is composed of myoblasts (CD45−/CD56+/CD146−/Ulex−), myogenic-endothelial cells (CD45−/CD56+/CD146+/Ulex+), pericytes (CD45−/CD56−/CD146+/Ulex−), endothelial cells (CD45−/CD56−/CD146+/Ulex−), and myogenic-mesenchymal cells (CD45−/CD56+/CD146+/Ulex−).</table>
