Histochemical analysis. C3H10T1/2 cells were plated into 40 mm culture dishes and cultivated for 2 days. Cells were then treated with 250 ng/mL recombinant mature BMP-2 or 1 μg/mL synthetic polypeptide of the knuckle epitope of human BMP-2 for 6 days culture before staining.
