<table>Effects of the <i>Pf</i>BMP-2 synthetic polypeptide and the synthetic polypeptide of the knuckle epitope of human BMP-2 on the endogenous expression of alkaline phosphatase in C3H10T1/2 cells. C3H10T1/2 cells were plated into 48-well dishes for 2 days and then treated with 80 <i>μ</i>g/well <i>Pf</i>BMP-2 synthetic polypeptide or 80 <i>μ</i>g/well synthetic polypeptide of the knuckle epitope of human BMP-2.
