Inhibition of ADP-induced platelet aggregation by factor Xa. Aggregation of platelets from the same patient was studied after incubation in cholesterol-normal (a) and cholesterol-enriched (b) phospholipid dispersion as described in the Material and Methods section. Factor Xa concentration was 1 unit/mL.
