hTERT-OA 13A FLS and hTERT-RA 516 FLS were plated in six-well plates at a density of 1.8 × 10⁵/well. Twenty-four hours later, the media were changed to serum-free DMEM media and cultured for forty-hours. The cells were then treated with increasing amounts of NaH₂PO₄. Twenty-four hours later, the cells were harvested, and cells numbers were counted using a hemocytometer.
