Analysis of covariance for proportion of individuals climbing as a function of length of leg IV while controlling for differences between the suborders Eupnoi and Laniatores. The ANCOVA was significant (Adjusted ) and the significant interaction between leg length and suborder indicates a difference in the slopes between Laniatores and Eupnoi (). However, suborder had no significant effect indicating that there was no difference in the intercept of the relationship for the two taxa ().
